Last updated: 1 October 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and Amytis ("Amytis", "we", "us") for using the Amytis website and app (the "service"). By creating an account or using the service, you accept them. If you don't agree, please don't use Amytis.

1. What Amytis is

Amytis is an AI learning platform. You can learn school and university subjects, languages, and practical skills; create private learning spaces or join shared classes; use your own materials; and study with generated lessons and exercises.

2. Your account

3. AI answers can be wrong

Amytis’s answers and generated lessons are produced by AI models. They can contain mistakes, even when they cite a source.

4. Learning spaces and materials

5. Acceptable use

Don't use Amytis to:

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

6. Plans and payments

7. Your privacy

How we collect and use your information is described in the privacy policy. Using your activity to improve Amytis's own models is a separate, optional choice that is off unless you turn it on.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep Amytis running, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. AI providers and internet access outside our control can interrupt the service. We may add, change or remove features.

9. Ending your account

You can stop using Amytis at any time and ask us to delete your account through the contact page. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Amytis is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect losses, lost data, or results (such as grades) that come from relying on AI answers. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we'll tell you in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use Amytis after that means you accept the new terms.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran. We'd rather solve problems directly, so please contact us first.
